Having a new tiny life in the world is a happy, anxious and scary moment. For fathers, it can also be a fearful time as they learn to adjust to their new role as dad. Here is some timely advice for first time fathers.

That new life is finally in the world. You are watching him or her delivered and can hardly believe it. For a father, this can be a difficult time. For 9 months, you have felt like an outsider in the process, and now you are front and center.
The best advice is to jump in with both feet. If it were anything else in your life that you were apprehensive about, you would do probably do it even though you were afraid. This is no different, except the rewards will last a lifetime.
