In a world plagued by an obesity epidemic, weight loss is high priority. The health of a person decreases when obesity is part of the equation. But, losing weight is only half the story.

Most people think that losing weight is the hard part. Over time, following a program that works for you can bring about results. But, what happens to that weight loss in 2, 3 or 5 years? This is where it gets difficult.
